Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") set forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the KW Bespoke Coaching Services ("Service") and any of its related products and services (collectively, "Services"). This Agreement is legally binding between you ("User", "you" or "your") and this Service operator ("Operator", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing and using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to this Agreement, in which case the terms "User", "you" or "your" shall refer to such entity. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, you must not accept this Agreement and may not access and use the Website and Services. You acknowledge that this Agreement is a contract between you and the Operator, even though it is electronic and is not physically signed by you, and it governs your use of the Website and Services.

Use of Services

You must be at least 16 years of age to access our Services, unless accompanied by an adult parent or guardian. By using the Website and Services and by agreeing to this Agreement you warrant and represent that you are at least 16 years of age. We may, but have no obligation to, monitor and review the information you provide before you may start using the Services. Providing false information of any kind may result in the termination of your services. We will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions. We may refuse to continue our services including additional support if we determine that you have violated any provision of this Agreement or that your conduct or content would tend to damage our reputation and goodwill.

Payments

​

All payments must be made prior to commencement of services (unless a prior agreement has been made), failure to do so will incur a cancellation of the service booked, and may result in further sessions being subject to a booking deposit. Payments made via direct bank transfer must be completed at least 2 hours prior to the session. Session payments can be made via Bank transfer, PayPal, Stripe or Cash for in person appointments. Invoices will be provided on receipt of payment for services rendered. Those who choose to pay for a block treatment plan will receive an invoice for payment of their full plan, unless otherwise agreed. Should an agreement be made that payment will be made, for any reason, after services have been rendered, the balance must be paid within 3 days of the next appointment,. Failure to do so will result in no further appointments being bookable and any already booked being cancelled until the balance has been settled. Payments via stripe take up to 3 working days to clear and PayPal up to 7 working days to clear after completion, please allow the maximum amount of time for payments to clear before trying to book your next appointment to avoid cancellation and future deposit requirements. Anyone who fails to attend their appointment will be billed for that time without the opportunity of a refund and will be suspended from rebooking for a period of 7 days.

Cancellations

​

Clients may cancel or reschedule their sessions anytime up to 24 hrs prior to a session without ramification, should an emergency occur requiring a cancellation or rescheduled appointment; this will be accommodated within the 24 hr period again with no consequence. Should a reschedule be requested and payment has not been received, a deposit of 50% will be required to make the change. Cancellations of Appointments paid for in advance within 24 hrs of the allotted time will be subject to a £30 deduction of their refund amount to cover losses, rescheduled appointments will incur no extra charge. Repeat cancellations and/or rescheduled sessions will result in a 50% non-refundable deposit required to book a further appointment.

Non payment of services beyond 7 days will result in recovery action being taken.
